Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Singla Global Freight, we strive to provide reliable and professional freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation services to our clients.
No Cancellations
Once a booking or service request has been confirmed and initiated, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Clients are advised to review service details carefully before confirming their agreement with us.
No Refunds
We follow a strict no refund policy.
Payments made for logistics, customs, warehousing, or transportation services are non-refundable, regardless of service completion, delays, or changes in circumstances.
This applies to both partial and full payments.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or adjustments will only be considered in rare cases where:
A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical or banking error.
The Company is legally bound to provide a refund under applicable Indian law.
In such cases, refunds will be processed after verification, and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in the client’s account.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and documents required for customs clearance and shipping.
Ensuring timely payments as agreed in the service contract.
Disputes
Any disputes regarding payments or services will be handled under the jurisdiction of Delhi and Haryana courts, as per our Terms & Conditions.
